从WebLeOn上面看见的这个东西,很有地理的味道.好像跟Wiki关系很密切一样！
现在Plazes已经有4532 Plazes in 75 countries discovered.

WebLeOn介绍说

Plazes会记录每个你所在的位置，如果你是第一个“发现”这个位置(Plaze)的人，就可以为这个位置(Plaze)来起名字，添加描述和图片。如果已经有人“到此一游”你也可以对这个地方发表对这个地方的评论，修改或添加对这个地点的信息。而对个人来说，Plazes还提供了“Trace”功能，可以追踪你的轨迹，记录你曾经上网过的没一个地方。

官方介绍说：

Plazes is a location based service so it makes a lot more sense if you are using it with your location being known to the other users. You need to be online to use Plazes. The system uses a fingerprint of the network you are logged onto as a unique identifier for a specific Plaze. The key is being connected with the geographic location of your network (i.e. your Plaze) on our server.

自己马上申请了一个,发现很有到此一游的感觉！并且还搜索了一下中国的大学（University in China），发现才只有3所注册，一定要争取发现“北京师范大学”啊。并且可以用Rss订阅，还蛮方便的！
另外Plazes还有自己的blog，会有一些值得关注的内容。
